- The back yard overlooks the pond at Southridge Community Park, which is a lot less busy than the main Olive Branch City Park. This park has walking/biking trails, fishing, picnic tables, pavilion and a play set for children. Most of the people who frequent the park are from the neighborhood. The streets in this neighborhood have dedicated walking/biking lanes. This is a very walkable, friendly community with good neighbors. I've never felt unsafe walking at night. This house is updated and move in ready with brick and stucco veneer and a 4 year old roof. The shingles are "Tamko" 25 year architectural shingles. Most of the lighting and plumbing fixtures have been recently replaced with premium fixtures.Two years ago the hot water heater was replaced with a new 70 gallon long life hot water
